HISTORY
Clients like Annie Leibovitz, Adidas, and Gucci are no coincidence, but the result of years of meticulous attention to detail in the colorful field between off-locations, industrial monuments; changes of use, and ultimately alternative ways of dealing with the resource of (temporarily) vacant properties.
Before founding Ueberrraum, our team had a long-standing focus on the cultural interim use of vacant spaces with projects like SinAllNeoN and Rockmarket. This work has led to numerous collaborations and follow-up projects in the fields of art, culture, design, and business. Today, we operate the iconic, permanent event venue Dough House, with more in the pipeline.
We will always stay true to our roots.
Under this, we understand that space and time will continue to be viewed non-linearly and without dogma. If the opportunity arises to fill vacant spaces in urban areas with culture, life, and heart, that is exactly what we do. In an era characterized by the 21st-century sharing economy, we consider it anachronistic to leave spaces vacant when the prices for space are exploding and the creative industry is desperately seeking areas for experimentation.

How does the booking process for an (event) location work with you?
After a personal consultation, we will create a customized selection of suitable locations and guide you through the entire booking process until completion.
What types of locations can I rent from you?
We offer extraordinary off-site locations, pop-up spaces, galleries (e.g., for exhibitions, receptions, and private parties), industrial halls (e.g., for large corporate events & productions), and other selected event venues.
In which cities or regions do you provide (event) venues?
As a location and event agency, our focus is on the Rhine-Main region and Berlin. Beyond that, we draw on a curated database of locations throughout Germany and selectively in Europe.
Can I view the locations in advance?
Yes, viewings are possible at any time by prior arrangement.
Can I request and compare multiple locations at the same time?
Yes, we will put together several suitable options for you in a clear overview.
How do I choose the right location for the type of my event?
We advise you individually based on the event format (company event, product launch, wedding, photo shoot, etc.), target audience, number of guests, and desired atmosphere.
Are there locations that are particularly flexible for different event formats?
Yes, many of our event locations are flexibly usable and can be individually adapted to different event formats.
How far in advance should I book the venue to secure my desired date?
Basically, the earlier the better, especially for popular dates like Christmas parties and summer parties. However, last-minute bookings are also possible depending on availability.

Do you support us with event logistics, such as setup, scheduling, and staffing?
Yes, upon request, we as an event agency will take over the entire organization and coordination of all logistical processes, including:
