Behind this extraordinary facade, a roughly 350 m² studio loft awaits you, featuring floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, exposed concrete walls, and a ceiling height of 3.60 m – a space that effortlessly combines industrial character with reduced elegance. Natural light, clean lines, and quiet acoustics create an atmosphere that is both focused and inspiring.
Thanks to its modular setup, the loft can be freely adapted to your format: from intimate private dinners and workshops to networking events, product launches, brand activations, and corporate events. A spacious kitchen with a dining area, a living room, reception and cloakroom areas, and a terrace complete the offering. Projection, studio-quality sound, and high-speed internet are already prepared, and you are free to choose your caterer.
