40th Birthday: An evening full of flying dinner and live music
A 40th birthday is a special occasion—and for our client, it was supposed to be one thing above all: an evening that she and her guests would look back on fondly. What was wanted was an exceptional location in Frankfurt or the surrounding area for around 80 to 90 guests, accompanied by a chic dinner and, afterwards, music and partying late into the night.
We have developed this idea into a cohesive overall concept – from the right location and catering to artist booking.
The location
For the celebration, the choice fell on an extraordinary location with a stylish vintage atmosphere. Velvet, dark wood, selected retro elements, and an intimate salon ambiance give the rooms their special character.
Exactly this blend of elegance and relaxed atmosphere suited the occasion: a stylish setting for dinner that could just as easily transform into a lively party as the evening went on.
An evening to toast, enjoy & celebrate
Around 70 guests gathered to celebrate the milestone birthday together. Instead of a classic sit-down dinner, the choice fell on a flying buffet – perfect for getting guests into conversation with one another and making the evening as uncomplicated and sociable as possible.
Several coordinated courses were served: from vegan Le Puy lentils to halibut with pistachios, baked cauliflower, cheddar, and grapes, to beef tagliata and miso eggplant.
Thus, dinner did not become a fixed part of the program, but rather part of an evening that naturally evolved from the first aperitif through the shared meal to the later party.
Live music with soul & Spanish vibes
For the musical part of the evening, a personal touch was also called for. As part of our artist booking service, we organized a singer for the celebration who provided the right atmosphere live on site.
With her style blending soul and Spanish-inspired vibes, she gave the evening a special musical character and set an atmospheric tone between dinner and party.
The celebration then continued with music, drinks, and a lively atmosphere late into the night.

What started with the search for a suitable venue turned into a perfectly coordinated birthday where location, cuisine, and music seamlessly intertwined. Celebrating a wedding anniversary: An anniversary party takes over the industrial location
Some occasions are worth celebrating again in a big way. It was with exactly this wish that a couple approached us:
„For our 5th wedding anniversary, we would like to throw a big party again.“
The civil wedding had already taken place a few years prior with a small group. Now, the union was to be celebrated appropriately with family and friends – but consciously without a classic wedding character. No ceremony, no traditional proceedings, but a modern celebration that reflects the couple's personality.

For the celebration, a former industrial hall in Frankfurt was chosen, which is now used as a stylish studio and event location. The industrial charm offered the perfect setting for a relaxed, urban atmosphere and left plenty of room for individual design.
Together with the couple, we developed a concept that perfectly matched their vision. From the initial idea to the last guest, we accompanied the complete planning and execution of the event.

Italian street food meets industrial charm
Lovingly arranged antipasti were already waiting on the tables for the reception, providing a relaxed start to the evening.
Afterwards, the catering became a real experience: an Italian food truck served freshly prepared Pinsa and pasta right in front of the venue. Thanks to the ground-level access and the large roll-up door, the food truck could be perfectly integrated into the event concept. The boundaries between the indoor and outdoor areas blurred, creating a casual, communicative atmosphere – almost like a small street food festival.
The personal highlight: A cereal bar as a midnight snack
Every event thrives on the details that make it unique. For this celebration, that was clearly the midnight snack.
Since the couple are big cereal fans, we surprised guests with a lovingly designed cereal bar. Everything was included, from popular classics to unusual international varieties. The concept was complemented by various milk alternatives, so everyone could put together their very own personalized bowl.
An unusual program item that was a perfect fit for the hosts and will be remembered by the guests for a long time.

Birthday party: A private evening with a view over the skyline
Our client wanted to really let loose. More than 100 guests from Germany and abroad celebrated together with the city of Frankfurt spread out below them until the early morning hours.
Champagne and mulled wine were served for the welcome, followed by an open bar with margaritas, espresso martinis, and anything else your heart desired.
After a brief speech, the buffet was opened, and even before dessert was served, the dance floor with a skyline view was open.
The atmosphere and feedback were great. This night will be remembered!
