Everything had to be just right for Ardian company's summer party. What we couldn't plan for, however, was the weather. That's why we considered a bad-weather option from the very beginning. A decision that paid off: At short notice, the majority of the event had to be moved indoors, and yet it was a thoroughly successful celebration.
In total, we welcomed just over 100 guests – Ardian employees and their families. With a varied children's program, delicious food, refreshing drinks, an inspiring speech from the CEO, and the special atmosphere of the hunting lodge, there was something for everyone, young and old.
Exactly these moments show that a successful event doesn't depend on the weather, but on foresightful planning, flexibility, and a strong team behind the scenes.

Summer festival among apple orchards: Company party surrounded by nature
Sometimes, it doesn't take much to create an unforgettable summer celebration: a unique location, good company, thoughtful details, and an atmosphere that invites you to linger.
In the middle of apple orchards, a place was created where one could leave everyday life behind. Surrounded by lush greenery and rows of apple trees, a festively set table invited shared enjoyment. There was freshly squeezed apple juice and local apple wine – perfectly fitting the surroundings and a real treat for the guests. The day was rounded off with a relaxed barbecue buffet under the open sky.
As the sun set, the string lights bathed the plantation in warm light, the trees were atmospherically illuminated, creating a memorable ambiance. Between the lit rows of trees, conversations, encounters, and moments arose, which are exactly what make an event successful.

From power plant to party venue: Sumup Christmas party in Berlin
SumUp is different from all other companies we've worked with for in the best sense and in many ways Christmas party were allowed to work together. Perhaps it's no coincidence, because there aren't that many German fintech unicorns, after all.
Even though we can't quickly establish a causal link between SumUp's success and the employees' festive mood, we would like to present the concept of a wild Theme party highly recommend to anyone in a suitably decorated event location. The CEO's speech in angel wings and pink tulle also speaks for itself.
As the responsible event and location agency for this Christmas party, our first task was to transform the vacant venue, the Berlin E-Werk, into the colorful world you see in the photos within one day. To keep out the disruptive external light, the 12-meter-high windows were blacked out from the inside.
When it kicked off, our bartenders and catering handled the rush of 450 guests before the dance floor opened and dancing continued into the early morning hours.

Urban Sports Club's Christmas party in a converted Berlin supermarket
Our last company event before the pandemic broke out was also our Christmas party in Berlin.
In under 24 hours, a team of over 20 people transformed an old supermarket into an event venue for 500 people.
Highlights of the evening included a secret bar in an old cold storage, captivating speeches by the founders on stage, and staff who didn't want to stop dancing even at 5 AM.
It's a shame, really, that supermarkets are so rarely empty 😉

40 years of CMF: A company anniversary to remember
Not every owner-managed advertising agency gets to experience this. All the more beautiful that we, as a Frankfurt event agency, can experience this special Company party for CMF could be implemented.
The CMF agency has opted for their 40th anniversary decided to use their business premises as an event location. After an exciting conceptualization phase, we transformed the outdoor area into an open-air party with a Mediterranean flair and the industrial hall into a club space with immersive video tunnels.
About 350 guests were thrilled and celebrated until the early morning hours.
A special challenge was to seamlessly guide the many different trades in a harmonious process and to manage the construction in the shortest possible time so as not to disrupt operations in the run-up.
