Urban Sports Club's Christmas party in a converted Berlin supermarket
Our last company event before the pandemic broke out was also our Christmas party in Berlin.
In under 24 hours, a team of over 20 people transformed an old supermarket into an event venue for 500 people.
Highlights of the evening included a secret bar in an old cold storage, captivating speeches by the founders on stage, and staff who didn't want to stop dancing even at 5 AM.
It's a shame, really, that supermarkets are so rarely empty 😉

Cultural interim use in Berlin
Our first own event location in the capital.
In 2024, as part of a cultural interim use project, we transformed a former Osram production hall into an exceptional off-space for events and media productions.
For the festive opening, we invited select guests and took the opportunity to experience the new location for the first time under real conditions and to test it for future events. Exciting conversations arose in an inspiring atmosphere, accompanied by delicious finger food.
The absolute highlight of the evening: a live concert by Ronis Goliath, which finally brought the room to life.
A cultural interim use would not have been possible without our strong partners from Aventos / Luxwerk Berlin, Berlin Cuisine, and Satis&Fy. Thank you very much for this!

Cultural interim use as an urban creative laboratory for communities, brands, and collaboration
What opportunities do vacant properties and undeveloped land offer during the development phase?
This question was addressed in 2018 and 2019 together with the project developers Nassauische Heimstätte and Instone AG for the cultural interim use dez old Siemens site placed.
Before construction began on the 125,000 m² site for the new residential area “Schönhofviertel,” we were able to create a temporary, urban laboratory and, in a short time, captivated tens of thousands of visitors from home and abroad with our pop-up for various formats.
Today, 2,000 apartments are being built on the site, 30 of which are subsidized housing. In addition, 5 daycare centers and an elementary school are being constructed. For more information about the project, please visit here.

The transformation of an old pharmacy into a modern pop-up concept with wellness products, supplements, and healthy foods.
Our Temporary use concept “Saint Charles Pop-Up & Deli” was a true child of the pandemic and was a crowd-puller not only because of its high product quality but also because of its unusual quality of stay for Frankfurt's city center.
Two universities approached us for research projects on the topic of “Vacant properties in city centers” to incorporate our experience into their studies.
After everything suddenly came to a standstill in spring 2020, we as an event agency and pop-up experts also changed our perspective on vacant spaces. The former pharmacy space on Frankfurt's Liebfrauenberg became available, and we were able to get the Viennese brand and pharmacy excited about a pop-up store as interim use. Since the space was large enough, we didn't limit ourselves to just selling products from Vienna, but expanded the concept to include a deli & take-away with healthy food!
We renovated from the basement to the first floor in a very short time, laying tons of wood and hundreds of meters of new cable. The area was only available from opening for one year as Interim use prior to the building's major renovation by the owners. The ticking of the clock was undeniable. The entire process, from planning to opening, took just three months before our one-year pop-up was launched.
Many have asked us why we didn't continue the project afterward. There were two reasons for this. Firstly, we couldn't find a suitable location, and after the pandemic ended, we invested all our energy into a new, large project, so we no longer had the capacity for Saint Charles. But who knows, perhaps this isn't the last word on the matter. We definitely greatly appreciate our loyal fanbase.

CMF's 40th Anniversary Company Celebration
Not every owner-managed advertising agency gets to experience this. All the more beautiful that we, as a Frankfurt event agency, can experience this special Company party for CMF could be implemented.
The CMF agency has opted for their 40th anniversary decided to use their business premises as an event location. After an exciting conceptualization phase, we transformed the outdoor area into an open-air party with a Mediterranean flair and the industrial hall into a club space with immersive video tunnels.
About 350 guests were thrilled and celebrated until the early morning hours.
A special challenge was to seamlessly guide the many different trades in a harmonious process and to manage the construction in the shortest possible time so as not to disrupt operations in the run-up.
And as we all know, videos say more than words.. See for yourself what an immersive light installation can look like in a converted production hall!

NFL Creator Event in Berlin
Ours Pop-Up Location “The ”Dannerhalle" on the Luxwerk campus was specially converted into a mini-football court for an NFL creator event.
For us as an event agency and location scouts, a great opportunity to show how versatile industrial off-locations can be used.
For a Influencer Event Format Under the name „Creators Camp,” the NFL has invited dozens of creators to have a good time in our pop-up „Dannerhalle“ – in a former lightbulb factory in West Berlin.
It was a super event, with cool guests in a very special and extraordinary location. At the same time, it's a space that not everyone knows yet!

Pop-up Pharma Conference in Record Time
In September, a leading pharmaceutical company with a short-notice request: a suitable location for a International Leadership Conference including CEO Keynote was urgently needed – centrally located Frankfurt am Main.
Inside of 24 hours we presented several suitable Event Venues. The choice fell on a renovated Department store days in downtown Frankfurt, which we together with an experienced Event Technology Team into one modern conference venue transformed.
The highlight of the setup was a Newly installed 10-meter wide LED wall, supplemented by professional Lighting, Sound, and AV Technology – ideal for Corporate Events, Business Conferences and international meetings.
This project shows how flexible and efficient Professional event management be: from Location Scouting over technical implementation until turnkey event production – even under high time pressure.

The Festival of Emotions by the Anne Frank Educational Center
The Anne Frank Education Centre was looking for a special yet central location for its all-day Festival of Emotions.
The topic of the event was: “Do you feel that too? About politics and emotions”
As a non-profit organization, our budget was limited, but with our experienced team of location scouting and event technology, we made the most of the off-site location, the old English theater brought out for the conference in Frankfurt's Bahnhofsviertel!
We would like to thank everyone involved for the great cooperation and especially Hausverwaltung Beker for providing the premises!
The festival impressed not only with its extraordinary location but also with a strong and varied program in terms of content. Hosted by Journalist Najima El Moussaoui led Impulses, Talks, and Panels through central questions of our time. Among those present were policy advisor and author Dr. Johannes Hillje, peace psychologist Dr. Nadine Knab, journalist and author Yasmine M'Barek, as well as Matthias Kreienbrink. The program was supplemented by artistic contributions such as Stand-up comedy from Youssef Maghrebi and musical performances, which provided emotional depth and lightness.
For us as an event agency, it was particularly exciting to technically and organizationally implement this demanding conceptual idea in an off-location – and to jointly realize a festival that made political education vivid, approachable, and emotionally tangible.

Guerilla Marketing with 6PM & Spotify in a Summer Location
Fashion history was made at the old police headquarters: Announced only an hour beforehand, 6PM, together with Spotify and DOJO, caused a massive rush. During the guerrilla action, 500 shirts were given away for free to fans – and of course, who else would have had the perfect summer location ready for it?
And this is exactly where you can see what a strong location can achieve. The old police headquarters wasn't just a backdrop; it was part of the story.

A special birthday with a skyline view
Our client wanted to really let loose. More than 100 guests from Germany and abroad celebrated together with the city of Frankfurt spread out below them until the early morning hours.
Champagne and mulled wine were served for the welcome, followed by an open bar with margaritas, espresso martinis, and anything else your heart desired.
After a brief speech, the buffet was opened, and even before dessert was served, the dance floor with a skyline view was open.
The atmosphere and feedback were great. This night will be remembered!
