On the occasion of Light + Building Trade Fair In Frankfurt, we transformed a trendy local restaurant into an event space for Selux in a very short time – the perfect stage for the premiere of a new designer lamp.
With a custom spatial concept, coordinated lighting design, and appropriate interior design, the restaurant was transformed into an event location that showcased guests, brand, and product equally. The new light fixture was the centerpiece – embedded in an atmosphere that offered space for exchange, genuine encounters, and a relaxed get-together.
The result: an evening that went far beyond a classic product launch. An event location in Frankfurt that connected Selux with customers and guests – and made the new designer lamp impressively tangible.

Payment Banking Conference with BBQ - Wrap-up
Not every request is suitable for an off-location without any infrastructure and with a large production effort. Within the scope of this conference, the following three criteria played a major role, which we as a Frankfurt-based event agency should implement:
- Our clients needed enough space for the original DeLorean so that everyone would truly understand the conference motto “Bex To The Future” and the organizers' wink wouldn't be missed.
- The location should be central in Frankfurt's city center.
- We were looking for an event location without catering that also has a large, private outdoor area for an evening networking session in a summer atmosphere.
Out of respect for our guests' privacy, we only took a few photos and hope the atmosphere comes across as well as we remember it.

Product launch by a major brand with a world-class athlete as brand ambassador
To the Product Launch to stage the new fragrance Titanium by Gisada with Douglas, we have created an experience in a very short time with selected Influencer designed. As a special guest Brand ambassador and athlete Anthony Joshua will also be there.
The location, a selected Art gallery in Frankfurt, was completely transformed by us within one day. A spectacular light installation provided a special atmosphere in the form of a light choreography coordinated with the menu. Additionally, a welcome sign with an elegant chrome look was created. 3D branding on the walls in the form of a quote and a signature completed the overall concept.

SumUp Christmas Party at the old Berlin E-Werk
SumUp is different from all other companies we've worked with in the best way and in many respects. Christmas party cooperate. Perhaps not a coincidence, because there aren't a lot of German fintech unicorns.
Even though we can't quickly establish a causal link between SumUp's success and employee merriment, we want the concept of a wild Costume party can happily recommend to anyone in a suitably decorated event location. The CEO's speech in angel wings and pink tulle speaks for itself.
As the responsible event and location agency for this Christmas party, our first task was to transform the vacant location, the Berlin E-Werk, into the colorful world you can see in the photos within one day. To keep out the disruptive exterior light, the 12-meter-high windows were blacked out from the inside.
When it kicked off, our bartenders and catering coped with the rush of 450 guests before the dance floor opened and dancing continued into the early morning hours.

Urban Sports Club's Christmas party in a converted Berlin supermarket
Our last company event before the pandemic broke out was also our Christmas party in Berlin.
In under 24 hours, a team of over 20 people transformed an old supermarket into an event venue for 500 people.
Highlights of the evening included a secret bar in an old cold storage, rousing speeches by the founders on stage, and a staff that didn't want to stop dancing, even at 5 AM.
It's a pity supermarkets are so rarely empty 😉

Cultural interim use in Berlin
Our first own event location in the capital.
In 2024, as part of a cultural interim use project, we were able to transform a former Osram production hall into an exceptional off-space for events and media productions.
For the grand opening, we invited select guests and took the opportunity to experience the new location for the first time under real conditions and to test it for future events. Exciting conversations arose in an inspiring atmosphere, accompanied by delicious finger food.
The absolute highlight of the evening: a live concert by Ronis Goliath, which finally brought the room to life.

Cultural meanwhile use as an urban creative laboratory for communities, brands, and collaboration
What opportunities do vacancies and plots of land offer during the development phase?
We asked ourselves this question in 2018 and 2019 together with the project developers of Nassauische Heimstätte and Instone AG as part of the Interim use From old Siemens site placed.
Before construction began on the 125,000 m² site for the new residential area “Schönhofviertel,” we were able to create a temporary, urban laboratory and, in a short time, captivated tens of thousands of visitors from home and abroad with our pop-up for various formats.
Today, 2,000 apartments are being built on the site, 30 of which are subsidized housing. In addition, 5 daycare centers and an elementary school are being constructed. For more information about the project, please visit here.

The transformation of an old pharmacy into a modern pop-up concept with wellness products, supplements, and healthy foods.
Our Temporary use concept “Saint Charles Pop-Up & Deli” was a true child of the pandemic and was a crowd-puller not only because of its high product quality but also because of its unusual quality of stay for Frankfurt's city center.
Two universities approached us for research projects on the topic of “Vacant properties in city centers” to incorporate our experience into their studies.
After everything suddenly came to a standstill in spring 2020, we as an event agency and pop-up experts also changed our perspective on vacant spaces. The former pharmacy space on Frankfurt's Liebfrauenberg became available, and we were able to get the Viennese brand and pharmacy excited about a pop-up store as interim use. Since the space was large enough, we didn't limit ourselves to just selling products from Vienna, but expanded the concept to include a deli & take-away with healthy food!
We renovated from the basement to the first floor in a very short time, laying tons of wood and hundreds of meters of new cable. The area was only available from opening for one year as Interim use prior to the building's major renovation by the owners. The ticking of the clock was undeniable. The entire process, from planning to opening, took just three months before our one-year pop-up was launched.
Many have asked us why we didn't continue the project afterward. There were two reasons for this. Firstly, we couldn't find a suitable location, and after the pandemic ended, we invested all our energy into a new, large project, so we no longer had the capacity for Saint Charles. But who knows, perhaps this isn't the last word on the matter. We definitely greatly appreciate our loyal fanbase.

CMF's 40th Anniversary Company Celebration
Not every owner-managed advertising agency gets to experience this. All the more beautiful that we, as a Frankfurt event agency, can experience this special Company party for CMF could be implemented.
The CMF agency has opted for their 40th anniversary decided to use their business premises as an event location. After an exciting conceptualization phase, we transformed the outdoor area into an open-air party with a Mediterranean flair and the industrial hall into a club space with immersive video tunnels.
About 350 guests were thrilled and celebrated until the early morning hours.
A special challenge was to seamlessly guide the many different trades in a harmonious process and to manage the construction in the shortest possible time so as not to disrupt operations in the run-up.
And as we all know, videos say more than words.. See for yourself what an immersive light installation can look like in a converted production hall!

NFL Creator Event in Berlin
Ours Pop-Up Location “The ”Dannerhalle" on the Luxwerk campus was specially converted into a mini football court for the NFL.
For us as an event agency and location scouts, a great opportunity to show how versatile industrial off-locations can be used.
For a Influencer Event Format The NFL, under the name „Creators Camp,” invited dozens of creators to have a good time in our pop-up „Dannerhalle“ – a former lightbulb factory in West Berlin.
It was a great event, with cool guests in a very special and exceptional location. At the same time, it's a space that not everyone knows yet!
